Sessions can include personal training only, physical therapy only, or a combination of personaltraining and physical therapy.It can address a variety of your health concerns such as Muscle and Joint pain, Body shape, and Posture Alignment, and improved Athletic performance.
We are also came by customers who come from overseas for long-term business stays and people living in Japan, so please feel free to contact us.
